Tiger Cubs is a led practice and a mini-version of an Eye of the Tiger practice. Soar into your weekend with Friday night Happy Hour Yoga! Practice side by side with Randall as he leads you through a full spectrum session of poses. Geared to adventuresome Yoga 2's and up who are ready for a challenge and prepared to sweat! No major injuries, please.

Join Nancy Zampella, E-RYT to learn what to eat to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Practice yogic postures and breathing exercises to reduce stress and invite the relaxation response. Global Mala Day

Celebrate with the global yoga community through shared practices based on the sacred cycle of 108. GOH teachers will lead you through a ritual of 108 Sun Salutations. Join with yogis worldwide on this auspicious day as we all breathe, move, and sweat together in a full-body prayer. All proceeds go to Trees for the Future to reduce global climate change. Open to all.

Eye of the Tiger Practice with Jaye
Friday, October 22 ~ 5:30-7:30pm, $25
This practice is an invitation to light your inner fire as you transform and reshape your practice. It's an opportunity to play your edge, have fun, and develop joy in community, as you practice alongside the instructor.
Open to strong intermediate students & above who can kick up to handstand at the wall and push up into the back bend (Urdhva Dhanurasana) unassisted, or with permission of the instructor.
